Marc led research and development activities for Multiwave since 2020. As of early 2024, Marc will assume the role of associate professor of Physics at Aix-Marseille University and will take on a research partner role at Multiwave in the context of the Multiwave-Amidex Chair of medical imaging which the Company is co-sponsoring with Amidex Foundation of Aix-Marseille University for the period 2024-2027.

Marc completed his PhD at Institut Langevin in Paris at Université Paris Diderot-Paris VII. He is the author of several patents on MRI and has published in a plethora of peer-reviewed journals in his field. Marc was trained in world leading laboratories on wave control and metamaterials including at University of California, Berkeley where he spent 2 years as a post-doctoral researcher. Prior to Multiwave, Marc returned to Europe to join the renowned Institut Fresnel, a joint lab of the French National Research Agency laboratory (CNRS) and Aix-Marseille University, and later the Center of Magnetic Resonance in Biology and Medicine (CRMBM) where he combined his knowledge of metamaterials with his deep interest in magnetic resonance imaging.
